I worked for more than a year for the French scale-up Wecandoo as Sales Operations Manager.
My number one objective was to structure and optimize the HubSpot CRM to save time and make it easier for the Sales and Marketing teams at Wecandoo to use.

We worked using a Notion backlog where we listed all the tasks to be completed together, along with their priorities:

The tasks I worked on:
Creating custom fields and automated connections between objects (from 0 to 100% of contacts linked to their Deal record and Artisan record).
Automating the assignment of Contact, Artisan, and Deal records to each Sales rep.
The team of 10+ sales reps was organized by geographic area, account type, and sales cycle stage. I created 2 automated workflows to distribute inbound and outbound contacts to the right person.
Managing offboardings through the creation of fields, tasks, and automated notifications as soon as an account was offboarded (to precisely track the reason).
I also created a dashboard with 5 reports to monitor offboardings by Sales rep, region, account type, etc.
Connecting all form data with Deal records (saving 6+ hours per week for the Sales team).
Creating reports to monitor Sales performance.
Optimizing inbound forms to reduce friction and ensure all data flowed into the records.
